Updates from Phase 2 - 24th July 2026

We’re delighted to share another exciting milestone at The Meadows—the Phase Two pool has officially been poured, bringing us one step closer to completing another exceptional community amenity.

The rooftop pickleball court is also nearing completion and we look forward to having the Phase 2 Clubhouse fully operational for residents very shortly.

Even more exciting, Building 7 is on track to receive its Certificate of Occupancy we hope this week, and we look forward to welcoming our newest homeowners later this month.

With Building 7 nearly complete, just one residence remains available—our beautifully designed Naesberry floor plan. This spacious one-bedroom home features open-plan living and kitchen spaces, a generous outdoor patio, and enjoys an enviable position overlooking both the pool and the lake.
