A Quick Phase Two Update - June 2025

A Quick Phase Two Progress Update:

We are pleased to share the latest construction update for Phase Two of our development.

Buildings 6 and 8 are currently being prepared for interior tiling, scheduled to commence in July. This marks an exciting phase as the interiors begin to take shape. Additionally, the exterior wrapping of the Hardie board sections is underway, contributing to noticeable visual progress on these buildings.

Building 7 has begun the concrete pouring of the second-floor slabs and will soon proceed with the construction of second-floor walls and roofing.

Building 10 has been laid out and is ready to begin vertical construction shortly.

Meanwhile, the Clubhouse is making significant strides, with notable progress we look forward to showcasing in the near future.

The other buildings, 9, 11, 12 & 14 and the pool are all on schedule to kick off over the next couple of months with ground works and site preparation already having started for this phase of construction.
