4th September - Building 7 CO and other News!
Exciting Progress Across the Community!
There’s plenty happening on site, and we’re delighted to share some exciting milestones as the community continues to take shape:
Building 7 has officially received its Certificate of Occupancy (CO)! We’re now preparing to welcome our newest owners and see this building come to life. Building 7 also had its first grass cut which is an exciting milestone (even if it doesn’t sound like a big one!)
The pool deck is taking shape, with preparations well underway as we get closer to creating a beautiful space for residents to relax and enjoy.
Building 9 is approaching an exciting milestone, with owner walkthroughs due to get underway shortly.
Building 10 is making significant progress and remains on track for completion in October. We’re looking forward to seeing this building reach the finish line.
Building 11 has reached another major milestone, with the slab successfully poured and construction continuing to progress.
Building 12 is currently running ahead of schedule and looking fantastic, with construction progressing beautifully.
Building 14 is getting off the ground, with footing works now underway as construction continues to take shape.
The Final Homes Are Now Available!
With construction moving ahead and the community nearing completion, only a limited number of residences remain available:
These are the final homes available in the community. Once these residences are sold, there will be no further phases and no additional units coming to market.
