We are thrilled to have managed to get concrete on site to pour the first two buildings as due to the worldwide effects of the pandemic concrete has been in short supply on island so we are grateful to our suppliers for putting us to the top of their list.

What you can’t see (or can see but might not realise at this moment) is the electrical and plumbing pipes that have done into the slab to be secured and hidden away ready for connection when the walls go up. Getting all of this preliminary work precisely correct is critical to the projects ability to stay on schedule which is why we take painstaking amounts of time and revision to the drawings before we bring the properties to market to ensure that they are built with function and with the end user always in mind.

We have also made great headway with the infrastructure for the project, having completed the drainage wells, and approximately 50% of the underground pipework for the electrical, gas and plumbing. Our transformer vaults have been positioned, that ensures that all the electrical supply lines for the project are safely underground and there are no overhead wires.

Our site sales office is fixed up and ready to welcome all purchasers to come and make their upgrade and standard selections when our interior design team has finalised their procurement.
